Missing Parts & Replacements



MISSING PARTS IN A PRODUCT

In the event of missing parts in a product, please notify us through WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once all details of the missing parts have been finalized, we will post them out to you within 2 working days. Products that have missing parts are NOT eligible for refund or replacement.
 



REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING DELIVERY

If any purchased products show signs of external damage at the time of delivery, please notify us through WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product. Then simply return the damaged product to our address as listed in Contact Us (shipping charges will be reimbursed back to you upon receiving the damaged product). Product must be in their original packaging in shrink wrapping, unopened and unused. In replacement of the damaged product, we will post out a new one to you at no extra cost. Damaged products are not eligible for refunds, ONLY replacements.
 



ORDER DISCREPANCIES

In the event of order discrepancies, please notify us through WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please return the incorrect product to our address as listed in Contact Us (shipping charges will be reimbursed back to you upon receiving the incorrect product). Incorrect product must be in their original packaging in shrink wrapping, unopened and unused. We will then contact you, and post out the correct product to you. Order discrepancies are not eligible for refund, ONLY replacement.
