NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with our product for whatsoever reasons, you can return it within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product. Fill in the Money Back Guarantee form which is included inside each of our product and then return the product with the form to our address as listed in Contact Us. When returning in this manner, you have to pay your own shipping charges.
Any products that show signs of damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us through telephone (03-8052 2977) or WhatsApp 012-237 9174 (within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product. Then simply return the damaged product to our address as listed in Contact Us (we will pay you the shipping charges upon receipt of the product). Product must be in their original packaging in shrink wrap, unopened and unused. In replacement of the damaged product, we will post out another un-damaged product to you.
In the event of order discrepancies, you may return the wrong product within 10 days from the date of receipt. Product must be in their original packaging in shrink, unopened and unused. We will pay for the shipping charges when returning in this manner.
Refunds will be processed (once all Terms & Conditions of Return are complied) and mailed to your delivery address (unless otherwise stated) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your returned product.
